Nemu64 Ini File Merger 1.1b

This new tool merges two nemu64.ini (or corn.ini) files into a single one, avoiding to lose all your changes when you update your nemu64.ini with a newer version.
Nemu64 is one of the best Nintendo64 emulators, along with UltraHLE.
This tools is very useful if you update constantly your INI file with the releases from Myzar and Spinal

What's new in 1.1b?
- Now remembers the last updated Nemu64.ini and updates the 'Almost playable' games when 'Do not replace games already playable' is selected.
- Also should work with Corn.ini and work partially with Ultra.ini (maybe I will fix this when UltraHLE 1.5 is released).
